Refund & Return Policy
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, please email customercare@elevracorporation.com with your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage. Elevra reserves the right to evaluate the evidence provided to determine the validity of the claim. Once the damage is verified by our team, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that timing for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
- As our products are perishable food items, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or returns based on personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction resulting from incorrect preparation. We encourage all customers to follow the preparation instructions provided on the packaging carefully. You can check out our preparation videos on Instagram as well.
- Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds for taste preferences, we highly value your experience. We invite you to share your constructive feedback with our team at customercare@elevracorporation.com so we can continue to elevate our recipes.
- Due to our fast processing times for students and professionals, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been dispatched. You can still Contact Us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order. We can see what we can do from our side.
