Tomato, Black Lentils (18%), Fresh Cream (Milk) (10%), Chickpea Lentils (6%), Kidney Beans (5%), Butter (Milk) (2%), Sunflower Oil, Ghee (Milk), Ginger, Garlic, Spices ( Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Coriander )

Quick Heat Instructions:

1. Stove: Pour contents into a pan, add suggested water, cook for 2 minutes. Switch off heat, cover, rest for 3 minutes, and serve hot.
2. Microwave: Pour contents into a microwave-safe bowl, add suggested water, microwave on full power for 90–120 seconds. Stir, cover for 3 minutes, and serve hot.
3. Boiling Water: Pour contents into a bowl, add suggested water, stir well, cover immediately for 5 minutes, stir again, and serve hot.

Add between 200ml – 250ml of water depending on your preferred curry thickness.
